Flush... flush and away!

Hurray, one week taking Alli, 5 meals out over a long weekend and still 2lb's dropped at weigh in this week...

Do I admit to my WW Leader that I have gone over to the dark side of diet pills or should I continue to reap the rewards taking all credit myself? Lets give it till the end of the month... and maybe beyond.

Booked a trip to see family in a couple of weeks, part of me thinks that I should avoid all family get togethers until Christmas when, of course, I will be a skinny minne, that way the impact will be greater, I am at least 16lb's light than the last time I saw them which is ok but not enough to make a big difference.... Yes I am a drama Queen, EVERYONE LOOK AT ME

Unexpected Side Effects

So, almost a week of taking the new MIRACLE pill with horror stories of people soiling themselves and being extremely windy. But I on the other hand am suffering from the inactivity of my bowels, for 5 days now, I have given up eating much and am surviving on a diet of Coke Zero, cups of tea and laxatives.

Is this how you lose weight, is this how it works.... get so bunged up you can't face food....

WI tonight and I am not looking forward to it at ALL, I reckon I am carrying around any lb's I might have lost... will they take my pebble off me if I have gained??? will they ask for my stone stone back???

THE SHAME....

First Stone gone and a new Alli

Yesterday started with my march up to the chemist to purchase my first box of Alli, after a few questions and some advice and £50 lighter I skipped to the office to eat my breakfast and take the first pill.... again with lunch...... then off to weigh in at WW to my delight, my first stone has gone :)

My leader Collette pulled out this little bag and I pulled out a pebble, confused I utter "what is this for" she looks at me with pity and says "it's a stone". Still none the wiser a few seconds pass before the dim energy saving bulb goes off in my head... "Oh a stone as I have lost a stone" still a little perplexed as what I am supposed to do with it.

The evening brought 2 pints of lager and a Thai stir fry, the last Alli of the day with no 'treatment effects', a little disappointed after all the horror stories I did feel like I was owed at least one 'loose stool'.

Alli is finally here...

So Alli is available from tomorrow from Boots and I plan to be first in the queue... I imagine that you will be able to see this queue on Google earth. All the fatties eagerly awaiting the answer to their dreams (not the ones about cake).

We shall see over the next month if it will have the desired effect, or if the side effects will prove too embarrassing to deal with.

I have been going to Weight Watchers (A.K.A.Fat Fighters) for a couple of months and average only 1lb per week loss currently, this is mainly due to nights out and too much booze, it will be interesting to see if the weight loss picks up once I start with them....

time will tell
